The excellent physical properties of our steel strands are also reflected in the elongation under high strength. Our experimental results show that under a high strength of 1920Mpa, the elongation of our products can reach 9.5%, far exceeding the 5% elongation required by modern standards.

After the 7-wire steel strands we produced passed the fracture test, the cross-section of the steel strands showed a uniform and neat circle with smooth edges, as shown in the figure. This experiment shows that the 7 steel strands broke together, which also shows the refinement of the manufacturing process and the uniform distribution of the materials, proving that the performance of each steel strand is highly consistent.
