Tensioning end anchor
Anchorage, also known as pre-stressed anchorage, is a permanent anchoring device buried in pre-stressed concrete, whose function is to maintain the tensile force of the pre-stressed steel strand and transmit the force to the interior of the concrete. The conventional configuration of the tensioning end anchor includes one working anchor head, anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcement, and a supporting number of working clips, meeting the standards of GB/T 14370-2015 "anchorage, grip, and coupler for prestressing tendons" and JT/T 329-2010 "prestressing strand anchorage,grip and coupler for highway bridge ".
Fixed end compression anchor
The fixed end tracing tool is suitable for working conditions where the space at the end of the component is limited and inconvenient to operate. It is embedded in the concrete, and after the concrete solidifies to the design strength, tensioning construction is carried out at the other end.
The extrusion type laying tool is a device that installs a steel wire lining ring and an extrusion sleeve at the end of the steel strand. After the extrusion sleeve is squeezed through the mold hole using an extruder, the extrusion sleeve undergoes plastic deformation and tightly grips the steel strand to form a reliable fixing head. The tension of the steel strand is transmitted to the component through the fixed end tracing plate through the extrusion sleeve.
