HDPE Coated PC Wire - steel wire for greenhouse framework
High strength prestressed HDPE coated steel wire with a diameter of 7mm-10mm is used as the framework for the greenhouse.Steel wire is in accordance with GB/T5223-2014 or other international standard for prestressed steel wire, the HDPE coating process comply with our enterprise standard or any other standard clients require. Steel wire tensile strength is not less than 1470Mpa, the thickness of HDPE coating is no less than 1mm, epoxy agent is added in HDPE to form a high wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating, so that the steel wire will not be corroded in a humid environment and will be used permanently.
ADVANTAGES
When steel pipe piles are used for industrial foundation, a small amount of concrete shall be used. It will not damage the soil structure. In order to increase the overall stiffness, a small amount of galvanized steel pipe is used at the tensioning end.

The wind load resistance and snow load resistance of the shed are higher than ordinary greenhouse with galvanized steel pipe as framework , with the same span and height, and the cost is lower than the cost of ordinary steel pipe greenhouses.
