FILLED EPOXY-COATED 1X7 PC STRAND

Filled epoxy resin steel strand is to spray epoxy powder on the surface of the whole steel strand through electrostatic spraying during the process of steel strand splicing, and also fill the gap of each steel wire, so that the epoxy resin powder can be completely filled inside and outside the steel strand, so that achieve perfect anti-corrosion effect. The epoxy resin coating has excellent corrosion resistance, can permanently bond with the bare steel strand, and has sufficient toughness to make the layer not peel off or crack when the steel strand stretch or bend within a certain angle, and also be able to resist physical wear and chemical erosion. The main application fields are: stay cable, geotechnical anchorage, external cable, pipe pile, marine structure and dam reinforcement engineering, especially the external cable assembled in sections.

-Some common attentions in using of our FILLED EPOXY-COATED 1X7 PC STRAND.

1. This product should be hoisted individually to prevent damage and collision.

2. Three lifting belts shall be used for simultaneous lifting at three points.

3. Skin damage caused in the process of loading and unloading contacting directly with wire rope or forklift fork may lead to product scrapping.

4. Nylon rope or nylon belt can be used for hoisting.

After the epoxy coated steel strand enters the construction site, it shall select a flat land, use a three claw sling, a special sling for hoisting the strand, and a three-point hoisting. It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire rope for direct hoisting to avoid damage to the surface of the epoxy coated steel strand.

Place the epoxy coated steel strand on the special paying off rack with rotating device, and pay off slowly and evenly to avoid bumping the strand.
