In our company specializing in steel strands and steel wires, the weekly training serves as a ladder for growth. This week, the training focused on the relaxation degree of steel strands and the pickling and phosphating process, from which I gained a great deal.
During the training, I learned that the relaxation degree of steel strands is of vital importance as it determines the stress loss of steel strands during long-term use. If the relaxation degree is too high, when applied in engineering projects, the load-bearing capacity will decline over time, affecting the structural safety. The pickling and phosphating process is also crucial. It can effectively remove surface impurities and form a protective film, enhancing the corrosion resistance and enabling the steel strands to work stably in complex environments.
This training has filled the gaps in my professional knowledge. In future communications with customers, I will be able to clearly explain these key points and enhance customers' trust in our products. In the future, I will integrate what I have learned from the training into my work and contribute to the foreign trade business of our company.
