At present, our company's factory has successfully launched 2360 MPa ultra-high strength low-relaxation prestressed steel strand to the market.
This time, SWRH100 B ultra-high carbon raw material was used for 9 passes of drawing, reaching a very high total compression control level. Technicians strictly control the process parameters of each production process. In the later stage of stranding, the technical production process summarized by our company for 10 years is applied. Under the load of more than 90% of the maximum force, the overall permeability of the steel strand is good, the plasticity and relaxation properties meet the national standards.
At present, the specifications of ultra-high strength steel strands we can produce are 15.7mm, 15.24mm and 12.9mm, which can be applied to key projects such as nuclear power plants and LNG storage tank projects.
