Arch bridges have long been the main form of large-span bridges, characterized by their beautiful appearance, large span capacity, aesthetics, economy, and minimal interference with traffic during construction.

Classification of arch bridge cables:

The tension cables on arch bridges can be divided into two categories: vertical suspension rods and horizontal tie rods.

Two types of cables play different roles in arch bridges, with the suspension rod vertically placed to withstand vertical forces and the tie rod horizontally placed to withstand horizontal tension.

ADVANTAGES

Parallel steel wire suspender is a new type of arch bridge hanger system with multiple anti-corrosion, new waterproof devices and steerable spherical support devices.

It solves the problems of short-term cracking of the HDPE sheath of the cable body, water ingress at the lower end and deformation of the short hanger, thereby improving the safety and durability of the hanger.

Clip-type stranded wire tie rod is a new type of tie cable system, which adopts a fully anti-corrosion structure and new technology to prevent stress cracking of the cable body, and is equipped with an anchoring system with reliable anchoring performance under low stress conditions;

the cable body and anchor can be assembled on site separately, and the cable body length provided is not strictly required, and the cutting length can be sufficient to compensate for possible errors in the structure.

USE

Protection requirements:

The steel strands should be kept clean to prevent dirt or corrosive substances from adhering to the exposed steel strands.
After tensioning, protective grease should be injected for protection.
The surface of the free section cable body must not be damaged. If damaged, it must be repaired in time.
No substances that corrode the cable body should be attached. Pay attention to fire prevention.
